Hair and Makeup Department was founded by Rosa Van, a union Hair Stylist with over a decade of experience in the beauty industry. Born and raised in South Philadelphia, Rosa began her career specializing in doing hair and makeup for weddings before transitioning into print, commercial, campaign, and film & television productions, including serving as Hair Department Head for Netflix's Tires. She created Hair and Makeup Department to bring together a trusted team of talented artists dedicated to delivering exceptional hair and makeup services with professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail for every client and production.
